Rwanda
The central African republic of Rwanda joined the Commonwealth in November 2009 during the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Trinidad & Tobago. They made their Commonwealth Games debut at the 19th Commonwealth Games in Delhi, taking part in athletics, boxing, road cycling and swimming.
Having been established on 25th January 1984, the Rwanda National Olympic & Sports Committee is responsible for their participation in both the Commonwealth Games and Commonwealth Youth Games.
