2014 Commonwealth Games

Everyone who participates in the 2014 Commonwealth Games must complete an 'Entry and Eligibility Conditions Form'. This sets out the conditions which apply to competitors and team officials and signing it means you agree to comply with the Constitution and rules of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF).
