Samoa 2015 V Commonwealth Youth Games logo All participants in the Commonwealth Youth Games must complete the Entry & Eligibility Conditions Form. This form sets out the conditions which apply to all competitors and team officials. Completion of the form means you agree to accept the rules and regulations that underpin these Youth Games. For those competitors under the age of majority in their own country, additional authority on the form is required from a parent or legal guardian.

Isle of Man 2011

Isle of Man 2011 IV Commonwealth Youth Games logo (above) and Tosha the mascot (below) All participants in the Commonwealth Youth Games (CYG) are required, as a pre condition of entry, to complete an Entry and Eligibility Conditions Form. The form sets out the conditions of entry and eligibility for the Youth Games, it also contains the participants agreement to comply with the Constitution and rules of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF), including subsequent amendments and in particular those rules regarding the eligibility of competitors, the rules relating to personal clothing and equipment, media and the CGF's rules pertaining to Anti Doping as detailed within the CGF's Anti Doping Standard developed for the Youth Games.
